According to reports, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition will launch at the end of October

According to new reports, Samsung will apparently launch its “special edition” Galaxy Z Fold 6 as early as next week.

A thinner Galaxy Z Fold 6 has been circulating in the rumor mill for some time, but the “Special Edition” device hasn’t actually hit the market yet. Previously it was assumed that the device could launch at the end of September, but the rumored release date came and went without any news.

Now, Financial Newsa Korean publication, reports that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6 “Special Edition” on October 25th. The report reiterates the device’s thinner 10.6mm profile, as well as larger 6.5-inch and 8-inch models.

Last month, a leaked image of the device showed a new camera module design and a “brushed” effect on the back. Evan Blass also recently shared two images of the device, showing a gold accent on the frame.
