Pokémon leak reveals details about Gen 10, scrapped designs and more

Game Freak is not having a good week. The Pokémon The developer was recently hit by a major hack that leaked everything from employee information to scrapped Pokémon designs to future movie/game schedules and even hints about the Switch successor. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! You could say the hack was a “critical hit.” [Editor’s Note: Damn.]

Game Freak initially addressed the hack, particularly to support the affected employees. The leaked employee data included 2,606 items related to current employees, former employees and contract workers.

As for gaming, we learned that Gen 10 Pokémon The title is codenamed “Gaia” and is being developed for “Ounce,” which stands for the Switch successor. However, “Gaia” could be a cross-generation title and also end up on the Switch.
