Jesse Miettinen’s Blender add-ons are now available for free

Jesse “Blenderesse” Miettinen, an accomplished 3D artist whose stunning work you all know and love, has made an exciting announcement that all of his Blender add-ons – yes, literally all of them – are now available for free.

From the Cottage and Smudge Mask Generators to the Raindrop Simulator and Sweat Shader, all of these tools and more have been released for free and can be downloaded from Jesse’s Gumroad page. While some of the plugins may not work as intended due to their age, the artist notes that restoring the setups in newer versions of Blender can help resolve these issues.

When asked about the reasons for this incredible generosity, Jesse explained that he ““New plans are coming sometime next year” and plans to “reboot things,” essentially trading in his impeccable tools for a mystery as to whether one of the Blender community’s most beloved creators is still bringing us his masterpieces in 2025 will delight.
