Kunal Kamra Reignites Debate With Bhavish Aggarwal, Says ‘Ola Electric Didn’t…’

This latest move follows a heated exchange between Kamra and Aggarwal earlier this month over the quality of Ola’s customer service

Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra has once again sharply criticized Ola and its founder Bhavish Aggarwal. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Kamra criticized Ola’s lack of transparency regarding customer complaints. He said: “Ola Electric has not announced any plan to issue refunds or set an end date for current customer complaints. We don’t even know if there is a plan… All I can do is let @bhash know that he needs to come up with a public plan that doesn’t involve hiring me.”

This latest move follows a heated exchange between Kamra and Aggarwal earlier this month over the quality of Ola’s customer service. The argument erupted when Kamra responded to a post by Aggarwal introducing Ola’s Gigafactory with a picture of several unused Ola electric scooters.

Reacting to Kamra’s tweet, Aggarwal called him a “failed stand-up comedian” and claimed his post was “paid”. He defended Ola Electric and said that the company is expanding its service network and will clear all backlogs soon.

However, this public feud had a financial impact on Ola. Following the dispute, shares of Ola Electric Mobility fell sharply.
