Police activity related to investigation into the murder of a dog handler in Brantham

Police activity related to investigation into the murder of a dog handler in Brantham

Jessica Cox, one of Ms Rose’s six children, appealed on BBC Crimewatch Live earlier this week to find her mother’s killer.

“We have to find the person who did this to my mother. She must be brought to justice,” she said.

A police spokesman said: “The activities in Brantham are related to ongoing investigations as detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the attack on Anita Rose. Residents can expect an increased police presence today.”

Ms. Rose’s pink regatta jacket, the black quilted cell phone case with a gold crown and rivets, and the white earphones are still missing.

Investigators believe they may have important information or evidence.

Three people have been arrested and released on bail in connection with the investigation, but officers have not yet charged anyone with any crimes.

Crimestoppers has offered a £20,000 reward for anyone who can provide “important information”.
