Voters may submit a mail-in ballot at any early voting website during election hours.

Each location has a secure voting station (also known as a drop box) staffed by a poll worker so voters can return their absentee ballots directly to the elections office.

In order for ballots to be counted, mail-in ballots must be received by the elections office by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 5th. Any ballots received after this deadline will not be counted, so voters are encouraged to return their ballots soon.

If a voter has not yet requested a postal vote, there is still time to do so.
The deadline to request a postal vote is Thursday, October 24th.

After this deadline and until Election Day itself, voters can collect their mail-in ballot in person. Ballots can be picked up at the elections office at 2990-1 Apalachee Parkway. Voters can also designate a family member or someone else to pick up a mail-in ballot for them. If a voter wants to pick up a mail-in ballot starting Oct. 26, they must indicate an emergency that prevents them from voting in person.

Voters with questions are asked to contact the election office manager by email at [email protected] or by telephone at (850) 606-8683, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
