Grace Millane, a British backpacker, disappeared on the night of her 22nd birthday after going on a date with Jesse Kempson in Auckland in 2018. A week after Grace’s disappearance, 26-year-old Jesse Kempson was arrested and later found guilty of Grace’s murder. The documentary features interviews with investigators, as well as the first-ever accounts from a friend of Grace and a former roommate of Jesse Kempson, and never-before-seen interview footage with the perpetrator, telling the story of a truly frightening case.
