BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) announces distribution

BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) today announced a distribution of $0.0300 per common share. The payment will be made on October 1, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 19, 2024. The ex-dividend date will be September 19, 2024. The previous distribution announced in August was $0.0300 per common share.

The Fund intends to pay regular monthly distributions to its common shareholders at a fixed rate based on projected performance. To maintain a stable distribution level, the Fund may from time to time pay less than its entire net investment income or may pay accumulated undistributed income or return capital in addition to paying current net investment income. Because market conditions and portfolio performance may change, the distribution rate of the Fund’s common shares and the Fund’s distribution policy may change.
