Fortnite: New update brings many rewards

After a downtime, the Fortnite Update 31.10 is available for download. In the patch notes Epic Games has shared the changes and new features that have been available in the battle royale shooter since the update. Highlights include Doctor Doom’s new missions: Complete the missions involving the tyrannical ruler of Latveria to earn individual rewards. If you own the Absolute Doom Battle Pass, you can unlock additional items for the same missions.

Unlocks rewards

Since the 31.10 update, the twelve Doom missions have been available in the Missions tab. Among other things, you have to hit enemies with Doom’s Arcane Gloves, collect Avengers equipment and defend locations in Latveria. “Complete a certain number of these missions and bag a reward that comes directly from the vaults of Castle Doom,” write the developers. You will receive these objects as a reward:

When 4 missions are completed: Doom banner icon
For 6 completed orders: Spray motif “The doctor is here”
When 8 missions are completed: Emoticon “Doom’s Power”
When 10 missions are completed: Doom (Pandora’s Armor) loading screen

With the Absolute Doom Battle Pass you even get a reward after each completed mission:

When 1 mission is completed: Doomsday loading screen
For 2 completed missions: Doom’s Cloak back accessory
With 3 completed orders: Paint job “Praise be to Latveria”
For 4 completed missions: Pickaxe “The Doom Blade”
For 5 completed missions: Hang Glider “Doom’s Fist”
For 6 completed missions: Outfit “Doom”
With 7 completed missions: Hang glider “Pandora”
For 8 completed missions: Decoration package “Latverian Royal Decoration”
When 9 missions are completed: Pickaxe “Pandora”
For completing 10 missions: Doom’s Pandora Cloak back accessory
When 11 missions are completed: Doom’s Domain emote
For 12 completed missions: Outfit style “Doom (Pandora’s Armor)”

“By completing all of his quests, you’ll unlock Doom’s glider, pickaxe, back bling, and outfit in their Pandora-style! The strongest metal is forged in the fiercest of flames,” the developers add. You have until November 2nd to complete the quests.
