Whether it’s Christmas, Easter or Valentine’s Day – World of Warcraft also celebrates annual events, albeit under a different name. At each event you can earn some achievements, but above all mounts, pets, toys and bonus titles.

We’ll tell you here when the individual events take place each year. You’ll also get an overview of the most important rewards so you can see at a glance what you’re still missing and in which month you should definitely log in.

Schedule for the 2024/2025 World Events in World of Warcraft

We’ll tell you when an event will take place in World of Warcraft, but above all what you can take away with you. It starts with the world event achievements, followed by pets and other rewards. You can also earn quite a bit of gold at some world events in WoW. We’ll also give you some relevant tips here.

Love is in the air (February)

When love is in the air in WoW, it’s time for some romantic tokens of love.

Things are getting romantic at this Valentine’s Day-themed WoW world event. You can become a love god or goddess and get some mounts to boot.

Date

• Start: February 3, 2025 at 10 a.m.
• End: February 17, 2025 at 10 a.m.

Meta-Achievements

• Love mad (Main success with bonus title Love God/Love Goddess)
• Target shooting (Kill 10 players with silver shaft arrows)
• Dangerous love affair (Complete the “Unusual Scents” quest series and challenge Apothecary Hummel in Shadowfang Castle at the end)
• A handful of love (Scatter rose petals on different race/class combinations)
• Be mine. (Eat 8 different hearts from candy bags)
• Pity the love scammer (Love scammers in various places pity / pity)
• Lonely? (You will need a picnic basket for lovers and a buttermilk kiss to enjoy a date in Dalaran)
• The rocket pink lights (fire 10 fireworks in 20 seconds)
• Sweet tooth (eat four specific sweets)
• Say it with roses (obtained from a red or ebony rose bouquet from bosses in Grim Batol, Blackrock Caverns, Stonecore, Deadmines, or Shadowfang Keep)

Mid-Autumn Festival (January/February)

Show respect to the ancestors at the Lunar Festival in World of Warcraft.

The Druids hold a festival every year to honor the elders and celebrate their wisdom. This event has many achievements, but unfortunately no mount.

Nobel Garden Festival (April)

Grow new plants at the Noblegarden Festival in WoW.

In April, the Easter festival started in World of Warcraft, where your characters have to search for chocolate eggs.

Children’s Week (April/May)

Together with your orphan, you experienced a lot during Children’s Week.

This WoW event is all about shining children’s eyes and lots of pets. You get them for completing quests in different places around the world. However, these quests are only possible once per year per character. You also have to wait a year or collect the pets with different characters.
