KB5043064 Windows 10 22H2 [Manueller Download] 19045.4894 September Security Update

For Windows 10, Microsoft has released KB 5043064 as a September security update this month. This changes the Windows 10 version number to 19045.4894. The changes from the optional update KB5041582 are also included.
