Gamecock Baseball Announces 2025 SEC Schedule

BIRMINGHAM – The Southeastern Conference announced its 30-game baseball schedule for the 2025 season this afternoon (Thursday, Sept. 12).

The Gamecocks open the SEC season with a new conference opponent, as Carolina hosts Oklahoma at Founders Park March 14-16. It will be the Sooners’ first trip to Columbia since the 2012 Super Regional. USC then travels to Arkansas for three games March 21-23.

Carolina hosts reigning national champion Tennessee March 28-30 before traveling for two consecutive conference series, visiting Mississippi State (April 4-6) and Texas A&M (April 11-13).

The Gamecocks will face Ole Miss in a Thursday-Saturday series (April 17-19) on Easter weekend and will play Kentucky in Lexington on April 25-27.

Carolina hosts Florida May 2-4 before completing the road schedule at Auburn May 9-11. The Gamecocks host LSU on the final weekend of SEC play May 15-17.

The SEC tournament will take place from May 20 to 25 at the Hoover Met in Hoover, Alabama. All 16 teams will play in a knockout format.

Additional SEC weekends may be moved to Thursday/Saturday due to TV coverage. These changes will be announced at a later date.

The non-conference portion of the schedule, as well as game times and television broadcasts, will also be announced at a later date.

The Gamecocks will play two games against outside competition this fall, at home against Air Force (Oct. 26) and at the College of Charleston (Nov. 7).
