Hubbard County Republicans: Another miss – Park Rapids Enterprise

Now that the American people have had time to process the debate between Harris and Trump, it has become clear what a disservice it has done to the nation.

The moderators spent most of the debate attacking Trump and falsely fact-checking him on issues of abortion, gun confiscation, Charlottesville, Afghanistan, etc. With Harris, they never fact-checked her easily proven false claims, nor did they insist on factual answers from her. Instead, the moderators settled for their vague platitudes and well-rehearsed, big, empty words. Things that sound good but have no real substance.

Meanwhile, the trio had planned to provoke Trump into a fit of rage in order to gain slogans they could use against him. But Trump kept his composure despite the obvious one-sided plot to bring him down.

They shot at him, metaphorically speaking, once again and missed once again. The American people are slowly waking up to the media’s deception, and that is reflected in the polls. Most of them show Trump gaining since the debate. The Trump train keeps rolling.
