After investigators initially searched for a suspect, they were finally able to report a successful arrest. A 48-year-old man, also homeless, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The man is suspected of having set fire to the tent of the 63-year-old who was sleeping in it. The reason is said to have been a previous argument between the two homeless men. What this was about is unclear.
